Bryn Owen helps clients obtain and protect intellectual property rights via trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws. Whether it’s filing a trademark or copyright application, running a clearance search, responding to a U.S. Trademark Office Action, or enforcing clients’ rights against third parties, Bryn has the skills to help protect business owners.

Prior to law school, Bryn worked in the Licensing Division for The Pokémon Company. He also worked for Beanstalk, an international licensing agency. Through these experiences, Bryn gained invaluable insight into the business world and the value of utilizing intellectual property effectively for modern businesses.

Before establishing his practice, Bryn worked with a variety of in-house legal departments at national technology & health care companies. In those roles, Bryn protected trademark interests through complex legal research, skilled negotiations, and detailed contract drafting. He developed a skill set that is uniquely tailored to address the various legal and business needs of clients.

Bryn is licensed to practice law in the courts of the District of Columbia and Florida, and he's admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Bryn graduated from University of Miami’s School of Law in May 2014.

Outside of helping clients meet their legal needs, Bryn enjoys playing Stonewall Sports, staying civically engaged, spending time with family, and traveling.
