As we celebrate the life and accomplishments of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. today, let's also reflect deeply on his teachings with respect to advancing equality, equity, and justice for the marginalized and underserved.
I hope everyone is able to take some time today to reflect on the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and, in this new year, affirmatively commit to reaching beyond our social identity group(s) and embracing the commonalities we share as people to further empathy, compassion, equity, and justice for all. - Attorney Jordan D.
