We're happy to announce a swift settlement has been reached in the federal consumer protection lawsuit that our office filed just 5 weeks ago against Hilton Grand Vacations and American Express. We’re thrilled that our client can now move on from this unfortunate matter after fighting for more than a year to obtain a just and fair resolution.
