After successfully fighting for over a year to have its Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) first draw loan forgiven, a D.C.-based business contacted JD Howlette Law for assistance. Shockingly, our client had been receiving notices that demanded monthly payments of $6,000 on a fully forgivable loan. Well, in less than two weeks of taking the case, we officially received notice from the lender confirming that the PPP loan had been 100% forgiven!
